I am so sorry for your loss. I just discovered the Brady Coyne series by reading "Hell Bent." I'm hooked. The writing is excellant! Going to start from the beginning now. I will keep you and your family in my prayers!

Two months ago I "discovered" William Tapley and have spent the time since then reading every book I could get my hands on. At least five books a week. What a treasure and what a loss for all of us.

Greatly enjoyed "Dark Tiger" and am looking forward to reading the rest of Mr. Tapply's novels. I am so sorry for your loss and hope that the knowledge that he brings pleasure to others via his books gives you some comfort. Good luck in the days to come and may God bless you and yours.

I'm so sorry to hear that Bill Tapply passed away. My Mom, a French-Canadian from Quebec's Eastern Townships, loved Brady Coyne. I did too -- but all the more because I could share that with my Mom, who passed in 2007. I miss her all the more now and send heartfelt sympathies to Bill's family on yet another way he will be missed.

I first read William G. Tappley's articles in American Angler. After reading just a few I found myself buying the magazine specifically for his article. How I loved reading them. He is greatly missed.
