So glad to have stumbled upon his books - just finished his Stoney Calhoun series and was looking him up online to find out more. So sad to hear of his passing. Mixed blessings - to have him in print but not in person.

I've just finished reading "First Light" & "Gray Gohst" and can't wait to read the rest of his books. I was very sad to hear that he had passed away. I will miss his writing.

I had just finished Hell Bent that was published in Readers Digest Vol 5 in 2009. I thought, I've found a new author whoes style I liked. I checked the website to get a list of his other works and found he has passed just about a year ago. i'm so sorry to hear that.

I just discovered William Tapply. I am finishing The Dark Tiger, the first book of his that I have read. Very, very sorry to read of his death. He was an excellent writer (I have already made a list of his other books that I am going to read) and his books were clean.which I very much appreciate. I already greatly miss him!
