I just learned of Bill Tapply's passing and I am very sorry. His books have provided me with many hours of good reading, since I lived in the Boston area for years and I am also a fisherman.

I very much enjoyed all the Bill Tapply book and also those of his friend Philip Craig. They will be missed but will really live on in our hearts - and every time we read or reread the books.

I was just searching for a new book by William Tapply and read about his passing. I am so sorry for all his loved ones. I have loved all his books and will be reading Dark Tiger soon. He will be very missed.
