I wlll miss Mr Tapplys books.I enjoyed all of them and always looked forward to a new book to rad with a hot cup of coffee on a fallday. I enloyed his books with Phil Craig too. Now I have lost two favorite authors.

I had the privilege of having Mr. Tapply work with me when I took a novel writing course a few years ago. I am so saddened to learn of his passing. My condolences to his family. I received wonderful advice from him, and read his Bass Bug Fishing, my first sports book. What a delight!

I was so saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I was exploring the Pacific Northwest when he passed and had missed it in the papers.
I feel that in the last few years I have lost two good friends, Bill and Phil, whom I knew only through their writing.

While recooperating from an operation I read one of the Brady Coyne Mystery books, then I had to read another because it was so great. I read one by William and Philip. Again wonderfully written. I had to get another book 3rd book in a week. I can't get enough, I'm hooked. So I looked on the web for more info and found that he recently passed on. I am so sorry. Even though I have just started reading his books I felt a great lost. Between William and Philip, mystery books will never be the same. They both will truly be missed.
